Direct bonding

Direct bonding electrodes are likely to give more life because of Rapid Cooling

Good for all Applications Including Nut welding

WCu 20 EM / WCu 15 EM  Grade

Direct  Bonding

Added to Rapid Cooling This Special Grade has very low erosion rate Which will result in to 30% More electrode  life

Good for all Applications Including Nut welding / Copper Brazing / Steel Brazing

EDM Electrode

The composition is depending on the material to be EDM machined / Or to be used as rough electrode or final electrode and varies from WCu50 to WCu15

Direct  Bonding

Uniform Erosion voltage  in all corners of electrodes will result in Uniform erosion

Good for all metal EDM processes including Tungsten carbide
